Fruit Reception Storage

To receive and store Fresh Fruit Bunches received from the plantation. 

STERILISATION STATION

This station sterilise the Fresh Fruit Bunches using steam in a pressured vessel to soften the bunches and loosen the fruitlets.

THRESHING STATION

Threshing station main function is to separate the sterilised fruits from the empty bunches by using rotating cylindrical shaft / shaftless thresher drum.

PRESS STATION

The Press Station extracts the oil from the sterilised fruitlets. The fruit will crush into pulp in the digester and pressed for oil.  

DEPERICARPER STATION

This station breaks and convey the fiber and nut separately after the Press Station

KERNEL RECOVERY STATION

To recover the shell and kernel from the fruitlets.

CLARIFICATION STATION

Clarification station main function is to collect and process the crude oil from the press station. There are multiple clarifying stages

ENGINE ROOM

Engine room is the main generator of electricty for the processing plant. 

BOILER HOUSE

The Boiler House is used to generate steam for the power generation and processing of the mill. 

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

The treatment plant is to treat the raw water from the reservoir into clean and safe water for processing.

OIL STORAGE TANKS

The Press Station extracts the oil from the sterilised fruitlets. The fruit will crush into pulp in the digester and pressed for oil.
