Our EPCC scope covers the full palm oil and agriculture processing line — from fruit/material reception through to storage — plus the civil, structural and utility works that support it.

Receiving and storing Fresh Fruit Bunches (FFB) delivered from the plantation.

Steam sterilisation of FFB under pressure to soften bunches and loosen fruitlets.

Separating sterilised fruit from empty bunches using rotating cylindrical or shaftless thresher drums.

Digesting fruit into pulp and pressing to extract crude oil from sterilised fruitlets.

Breaking and conveying fibre and nut separately after the press station.

Recovering shell and kernel from the fruitlets for further processing.

Collecting and processing crude oil from the press station across multiple clarifying stages.

On-site electricity generation and steam generation for power and processing needs.

Treating raw water from the reservoir into clean, process-safe water.
